Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged in transit
  • The product is defective or spoiled upon delivery
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Request Timeline

To ensure prompt resolution, customers are requested to notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this period may not be eligible.

Verification Process

To help us serve you better, please provide:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will carefully review the request and respond promptly.

Refunds & Replacements

Once approved:

  • A replacement product will be arranged at no additional cost, or
  • A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method

Non-Returnable Conditions

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with
  • Products that have not been stored as per recommended conditions
  • Requests made without valid proof of issue

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
